      @@Backoutsideco well you did it clean and precise... the way I like. Most mechanics just slam a bunch of parts together over dirt and rust.. I liked the way you did it. So nice job.

    Great video, I usually leave the calipers in their bracket so you only have two bolts to remove and then just slide the whole assembly out. I am also trying to get rid of the death wobble in my JK, but after watching this, I am thinking I need to order the wheel hubs as well so I can replace them while I am in there.

    You can clean the grease from the fasteners and then put a touch of antisieze on the shaft where it passes through but don’t suggest touching the threads. This can cause over torqued fasteners as dry and wet torque are different.

    If you do the bottom first you can use the hole left to send the rod through and not use that little puck.

    Thanks for the very helpful video. I've been experiencing the infamous Death Wobble and because of this and other video you did on MetalCloak Steeering upgrade, I ordered same kit. MetalCloak also recommended I change my ball joints. I just took driver side wheel hub and it's pretty beat up. What wheel hub replacement did you go with? Thanks!

      @Backoutsideco  Před rokem +1

      I believe if you have all the tools and sockets it shouldn’t take more than 3 hrs per side.. My case was way longer because I kept having togo to autozone for tools I didn’t have lol

    Make sure you all brake clean the rotors after touching them with greasy gloves, as to avoid having an accident due to lack of friction from the brake pads and rotors.

      @@Backoutsideco Yea bro.. Jeep community, we look out for each other.. Might want to wash the underbody real good. czcams.com/video/tQtxoqkRslw/video.html Afterwards, You could use some Rustoleum rust reformer as a primer to treat the rusty parts. czcams.com/video/BhTPmn-YdLk/video.html Just some ideas.
