Lord of the Rings | Pompeii

So this is a video that I've worked on for quite a while, and I'm glad to see it now done! I love editing with LOTR and it is fun to start finishing off some of the ideas I've had in progress for a while :) Hope you enjoy!

Oh Boy! Who do I find these jewels always years later than supposed to? Great work. And the piece which shows the best how many scenes are beautifully remade in these movies. They contradict each other in such a good way like Elrond/Isildur (Sam later stands where Isildur was and Frodo with the ring where Elrond was) or Sam saving Frodo from falling into Mordors lava after Frodo saved him from drowning in water.
Maybe this can be understand as a metaphor for Sams cool head throughout the story while Frodo is burning because of the darkness of the Ring. Just awesome!

I have to say, the constant reinforcement of the lyrics with scenes containing the callbacks to prior scenes was super powerful. Boromir and Faramir, Frodo/Sam and Isildor/Elrond, etc. It sent literal chills down my spine. 12 likes is not nearly enough for such a high-quality piece of work. Much Kudos; the editing was brilliant. Thank you for this.
