Glad Jeff finally saw the light, or 50% at least.
Yep. And a new passenger side part is on the way so he can completely see the light!
I will be watching this later for. I'm at boring work at the mo. 😢
Another good one guys, very helpful.
great video
A few things which need to be mentioned are to always use adhesive lined heat shrink, always remove soldering flux after soldering (using alcohol or flux remover) and always to use dielectric grease on all connectors (such as ground screws).
As always, great points Arron! Folks, check out Arron's videos on Mazda mods and restoration. Great stuff!
AutoRestoMod I come from an environment of snow and salt, so corrosion of electrical connections are always on my mind.
Do you have any help how to install the hood turn signals for a ‘67 . Thanks guys !!!
Can u do a hoe to on adding deluxe lights to doors
I was disappointed that the kit had the basic hood and not the hood with the turn signal indicator lights.
are there any forward facing turn signals on 60's mustangs? I have a 67 and there is nothing but headlights up front!
There should be a lower valance with turn signals in it.
I have original wiring. Original bulbs. Power to the sockets, but no blinking. I put in new bulbs. Still no blinking. But got power to the sockets. Ground issue?
Probably a flasher issue if you have 12 volts of power to the sockets.
@Autorestomod Manic Mechanic Gasoline Media thanks for responding. The actual issue was that someone cut the ground for the firewall out of the wire harness. I had the ground for the hood, but not the firewall. As soon as I fixed that, they worked.
Want to sell the oem signals? I need new ones for mine. The ears are broke off.
Is there a stud kit for the hood mounted turn signals.mine is mostly gone
If they are pot metal studs, no. You'll just have to replace the housing.
