the questions papers are different than the answer papers in reading and listening sections, therefore the you have 10 minutes to transfer the answers in the paper-delivered test. Whereas the compute-delivered test the answers are in the same question page, thus, no 10 minutes to transfer the answers cause you won't need to transfer.

I aware there is a potential issue in listening exam. As it is automatically marked by computer, the answering format can become a big problem. For example, in fill in the blanks, if the answer is 9:30am, computer might marks wrongly if you put down 0930, 9:30a.m., 0930 Another example is, if the the answer is a date (E.g. 18th), computer can't recognize it if you put down "eighteenth "
How about evaluation? As in, is it going to be evaluated by computer or is an examiner going to go through our answers? Lets say the answer to a question is "Bird", if a computer will evaluate and if we use non-capital "b" when writing "bird" or if we write "bird" instead of writing "a bird", will computer give us a lower mark?
