I bought my 2019 Cochmen Crossfit with the same cabinetry, Ford chassis, 200 watts solar, generator, etc, brand new for $76,000. This thing is more than double for what I paid!
Amazing. Before Covid you could get many of the Class Bs for under 100k. In talking to manufacturers, the biggest increase has been with the chassis. Clearly all the materials have went up a lot. But it does seem extreme. We agree.
I started watching your video and suddenly realized this is my RV I bought at the show. This RV is one amazing vehicle, it's a pleasure to drive and camp in.

Ah you are THAT Larry! It's so funny you caught this. As a prospective buyer myself, how is your experience? What is the ONE thing you love the most and the ONE thing you hate the most about the 22RB?
I love the over all floor plan with the rear bath, the big picture windows, the size of the vehicle and the over all performance of the Ford Transit, it's quick and nimble. For just me it's perfect.
The one thing I don't like is there is only 2.5 gallons of hot water available at one time with the Truma Combi system, not quite enough for a hot shower even if you shut the water off between soaping and rinsing. The trouble with all class B vans is the lack of storage for a lot of camping gear, for me it's not a problem. I like the ability to pull into a camp site and all I have to do is shut the engine off and plug into the electric power and I'm camped.

I really like the setup and I really want to buy this unit
Can that TV be mounted from the kitchen area back so when you're leaning up against the back wall you can actually have something lean up against to him Joy the TV comfortably? Comfortably?... And I plan on living in mind for a year as I travel to the country so is it possible to get a galley that I could cook in? This camper is great for a weekend trip but I need something with two burners not electric those breaker Easley and take a lot of power... I also need a sake that I can wash pans in but otherwise it is a beautiful idea.. if those things can be corrected and keeping the cost reasonable you definitely have a sale

Boy, this is a REALLY nice Class B campervan. It and the Thor Tranquility and Sanctuary are my favorites. One advantage of this Coachmen van is the fact that the lagun table swivels to different positions, whereas (quite surprisingly and dismayingly) the one in the Thor vans doesnt and it's impossible to access the rear of the van with the lagun table up.
One thing about the Coachmen and Thor vans which I'm kind of dismayed about is that they don't come with microwave+convection ovens, which surprises me.
Agree with you!!!! They don't come with microwave+convection ovens The reason is the depth of the cabinet vs what is available.
I bring this up alot with them as I am Italians and I love to cook. Thanks for watching! How To have Fun Outdoors!

I just purchased a 2024 Beyond 22RB and one thing is the rear door does not have speakers any longer. I would assume they knew these didn't provide much value, and one can remove the grill and add Kayak Dry Storage kit. Also the Jenson stereo is now replaced by a smaller JBL along with a Connexian Smart Television.

Can the A/C run off the battery, and for how long?
Yes, with the Li3. Really depends on the outside temp. But clearly it can run for several hours.
