This was the first Nancy Drew game I ever beat. The puzzles really aren't that bad. I've always been too dumb for most of the puzzles in these games haha 🤣

I think the run of games from Haunted Carousel to Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon is my favorite through the series. Fun characters, lots of environments to explore and just very campy.

The adults in Nancy's world seems pretty uncaring if they're letting this teenage girl they don't know do elaborate engineering repair and soldering on park equipment while also letting her use machinery to make elaborate parts for a park ride and then also blaming her outright for any random injuries she gets during these actions and firing here ASAP before she sues.

I just had a thought about this when I was rewatching the stream. That the curse of the carousel could be true. The people who actually took the horse and broke the set apart was Joy's family. The whole fake horse thing that was the current day situation was kind of ruse. But the actions taken all those years ago of buying the horse ultimately cost the family everything. The Mother nearly immediately died, the daughter went crazy for a bit, and then her relationship with her dad was never the same, and the dad essentially ended up losing everything -including his own theme Park, and dying destitute essentially. I would consider all those pretty dire results of a curse.
I like Miles too. At first he scared me because I wasn't expecting it but overall he's cute.
If Nancy fell off the carousel when trying to get the brass ring, seems like a pretty bad ride feature. Imagine all the children who’d fall off and bonk their heads. 🥴
This wasn’t the first game I played, but it was the first game I solved! It holds a special place with me too ♥️ 😊

I wish we could have Explore the hotel and I mean the whole building and not just Nancy drew's bedroom and also I would have loved to have a sleep and explore the hotel and the them park at night that would have made the game more exciting.
Also they should have had the whole them park haunted in this game Not just the carousel I would have ove to see ghostly apparitions walk around the theme park Have Nancy discovered the fair has a darker history than it did in the actual game like maybe someone dying in the theme park or more people from an accident happened early in the 1900s.
