What a treat to go back and actually stand in places where Hollywood history took place. To top is off you have Tom Wilson (mad dog Tannen) that was part of my childhood memories. My wife didn't grow up in the US and I shared with her lots of movies like Back to the Future and she became an instant fan of the franchise. WOW those films were great and are timeless. Thank you so much for making this video.
I went to Corriganville several times back in the 1950’s with the Cub Scouts. I remember Robin Hood Lake especially. My Mom and I met Jack Elam, who played a bad guy in many westerns during one of our visits. It was a lot of fun to run around and explore there. I also met Betty White at the KTTV channel 13 studios on La Brea when I won a contest on the Webster Webfoot TV show. Betty was so kind and friendly to us. I think she was doing a show called Life With Elizabeth.
Adam, too bad you missed it but until not so long ago, Corrigan’s Steakhouse in nearby Thousand Oaks was still in business. They cooked a mean steak and had even more history and relics of Corriganville. Good people. Spent a very memorable Thanksgiving there once with what was then left of the Corrigan family. You would’ve loved it, Adam.

WOW i just seen this video.I lived in Simi Valley for years and i know in the 60's and 70' what it all looked like. I am now 65 and it makes sad to see how much has changed.
Old filming locations, then and now photo comparisons, I love these types of videos most. And to have Tom with you on this makes it better. Amazing how life can be sometimes. Of all the times you watched the movies growing up, how many times did you expect to be such good friends with Tom?

Thanks for the tour. It's been near 60 years since I've been to Corriganville. What I do remember seeing for my first time is how they did the stunt of hanging someone. Just last night I was Google mapping the area and noticed the foundations. Then at the last minute of your video, I realized who Tom was. Thanks again.

Wow, that was a pleasant surprise seeing Tom just show up like that. So much has been said about MJ Fox acting in the BTF movies. But without Tom, the movies would not have been near as good. Love the guy. Keeping with the western theme. Toms portrayal of Buford Tannen in part 3 is my all-time favorite Western bad guy, just brilliant.

With Wilson along, this was one of your more entertaining vlogs, Woo. When I was a kid my mom went to California with relatives, and Corriganville was one of the places she visited. She took our 8mm Keystone movie camera and filmed the visit. Ray Corrigan greeted everyone and mom was filmed getting a big hug from the former Republic western star. Unfortunately, by the time I made my first visit to the Left Coast, Corriganville was history.

My Mother and Step-dad worked as extras at Corriganville in 1959,60 or 61. They weren't there long, because they stopped working there because of changes being made at the time. They had a lot of pictures and clothes that they wore. I didn't live with them, so I never got to visit. It was a very fun time for them.

Same as Paramount ranch, or the Mash location and even Spahn ranch, i know all 3 are gone but i can still visit the locations. And of course all the BTTF locations i can find. I live 1200' above Corriganville on the mountain ridge to the south of Corriganville and can see ir from my land, just love all the history and geology of the area. Reagan Presidential Library is in the west end of Simi Valley. Munchbox is in Chatsworth in the San Fernando Valley

Simi valley is where I grew up I lived here until I was 18. Alot of history here so great to see you go and show everyone around all the spots.
