The actress playing the role of the judge here is the same woman who played the museum curator in "Red Dragon"-- the scene where Ralph Fiennes whacks her unconscious and then he later eats up the RD painting.

Dear Lord her character was written so intelectually superior to the lawyer guy and yet he tried to take the cheepest of digs at her academia background - when she probably wrote and published more papers than he ever read 🤭

1:08 'Emily was a hypersensitive. An individual with the capacity to connect with what Carlos Castaneda defined as a Separate Reality...'
For those of you unfamiliar with the works of Carlos Castaneda, make and effort and read his works. ALL his works. By the time you are done reading them, YOU WILL BE A DIFFERENT PERSON. Unfortunately, the readings are not for everyone. They PICK YOU, not the other way around.
His works are based on what religions define as 'the divine part of us' but I prefer to stay away from religious terms and concepts. Let's use instead the Shamanic term: the ENERGETIC part o us or 'the other us'...
His books, all of them, LAY A BLUEPRINT ON HOW TO CONSCIOUSLY ACCESS THE OTHER PART OF US. I say consciously 'cause all humans access the energetic part WHEN WE GO TO SLEEP but we then vaguely remember events from such dream.
There are specific exercises he lays out on his books on how to 'awaken' ourselves or how to RECONNECT to the other part.
Exercises such as Recapitulation, Gazing, Not-Doing, Inner Silence and Stopping (the rendering) of the World. If you were to type on g.oogle 'castaneda + the titles' I just gave you will find a wealth of information.
    So what's his proposal?
An out of space intelligence showed up on this planet during PREHISTORY and somehow, they make their way into us THE MOMENT WE ARE BORN (this automatically tells you they will be part of 'us' until we die). The question is how?
THEY GAVE US THEIR MIND WHICH IN TIME, BECOMES 'OUR' MIND!!!
As this wasn't bad enough, the displacing of our ORIGINAL mind, this predator is a very organized and nasty entity, it keeps us TRAPPED IN OUR REALITY, a reality they set up and won't let us go until the host (us) expire...
Through history there is a lot of material that tells this story BUT THEY'VE SAYING IT INDIRECTLY, mostly through art...
For example: Plato's Allegory of The Cave in the Republic tells the story of individuals being trapped in one reality.
Another example a bit closer to our era are ancient kid's stories... Rapunzel's story is one... Humanity (Rapunzel) is trapped by a DARK BEING and she needs to be rescued to another (astral) being...
A little closer to our time you will see the movie The Matrix... beings connected a fake reality (our standard reality) until one wakes up and sees things how they are (a separate, true reality!)...
You can purchase used books for less than usd 5 nowadays and you can even type the titles of his books and add PDF so you can read them online. Give it a try, Alice in Wonderland did and she was surprised to see 'How deep the rabbit went in the new separate reality she found...'
    I hope this helps.

Well there are some reasons to that claim. One, she was speaking multiple languages she does not know such as Greek, Latin, German, and Hebrew. Two, she ate spiders, flies, and licked her own urine. So why not?
