I could easily agree with you on that. “early Ma and Pa Kettle” was an inspired line. I’ve been laughing at that one since 1956
"If you can count they wouldn't be investigating your taxes" Norton is a savage! Lol. He plays an untelligent character but he always says some smart and logical things at times ( not in this episode though. The blind leading the blind).😂

I was dying laughing at that part lol
T if 2 and a 1/2 men episode.
It's a tradition that every New Years Day, they always have a Honeymooners marathon.
Sometimes it is The Twilight Zone but people must have complained as it always go back to The Honeymooners.
Norton was a very true friend.
I was born in 1949 and The Honeymooners is my all-time favorite comedy, followed by The Jack Benny Show...
When Ralph says there's gonna be piccalilli all over Bensonhurst, I always burst out laughing. What a classic.
😂 Me too
Thing is they didn't live in Bensonhurst.
This show will last forever ,,,,
BANG ZOOM!!👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿 LOVE THAT VERSE 🤣😅😂. ER TIME I HERE IT. BEST SHOW EVER 😍👌

The Bang Zooms were improvised by Gleason..they were not in the script..He was amazingly funny and creative...A few scenes were improvised..the scene where Norton says "Call me Eduardo" was improvised..he was supposed to say Ed...lol..
I’m going to be 62 years old September 21st I started watching this unbelievable show when I was 16 years old that’s 1976 and I’m telling you folks their my phone is set to watch them while in bed falling a sleep can’t sleep without the honeymooners .
Perfect concentration , supreme comedic chemistry and the greatest live acting performances of the golden age of TV ! Jackie Gleason and Art Carney.... Superb !
The sitcom that revolutionized TV and is still possibly the GOAT
Sitcoms that were heavily influenced: All in the Family-Seinfeld-Odd Couple............
Also influenced The Flintstones
Having only ever seen this episode but watched Seinfeld like a fanatic, I definitely saw some George in Ralph. Or rather, that would be Ralph in George I guess.
The goat???
@@eloiseockert9319 You bet! Gleasons nickname was the great one. He ran this show for less than 2 seasons and walked away like Dave Chappelle
Grand grand memories when all my family was alive and loving....when it would come on late night on WGN
Hard times bad times this makes me forget everything
Yesssssssssssss
These episodes always gave me laughs and picked me up when I was down
THE IRS DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN A COMEDY LIKE THIS THIS IS A LEGEND
He's Kramden, I'm clean, great line!!!!!!!!!
I love this old show I watched it when I was a kid and I am enjoying watching it all over again so many good actors and actresses thank you I tube for playing it
Wow, I remember watching this show as a kid. The show is much older than me, but it was on some cable station and fell in love , especially the show with Ralph and Ed dancing to the Huckerbuck song, my favorite episode 😊
Thrilled to see the good old honeymooners of 60/70s as they were today on smart phone.Feel so lucky I am retired with all the time to see this show and voices of my favorites
Audrey meadows was so beautiful. My crush growing up
My DAD & I LOVED-----LOVED, JACKIE GLEASON, &THE HONEYMOONERS !
I can say without exaggerating that I have watched anything honeymooners at least between 50 and 100 times. What is a big fan of some of the musical stuff but still watch them even the late late call or remakes when he was in his 60s I think it was Still could beat any show today.
I watch this when Im sad it has me laughing sense I was a child and I still watch it til today I'm 53 lol they all funny 🤗
Hey!Somebody FINALLY wrote a song using Ralph Kramden's famous saying "Baby You're The Greatest" >> czcams.com/video/CrISDvIn4xU/video.html
Its not even close!
"You're darn right, the jails are full of them." Hilarious.
The Odd Couple did a tax return episode like this one, and they used the same finish, Felix (and Ralph) were called in because they forgot to sign their tax form.
Thanks for posting this classic 39 episode I don't understand why these aren't readily available on the big stream platforms?
We need it now more than ever.
Perfect for pandemic binge-watching !!

"Humminah-humminah-humminah-humminah...!"
😆
They'll never be another show like The Honeymooners Perfect Chemistry with all the actors they couldn't duplicate it with any other actors
Sad offstage none of them did get along...esp Art and Jackie...but one thing I read in Audrey's book Jackie always treated the cast and everyone else White Castles. He ordered from one which was in the upper West 90's...
Wish my gas bill was 93 cents...
Back then happiness was very normal. 😉
BLABBERMOUTH is my FAVORITE episode!
I could drool just thinking about the groovy stuff at a 1950's antique show in NYC!!!
I think I’m the only 19 year old who enjoys this show 😂
I don't know about that. I think you may have a lot more company then you think! :)
No
I hope that's not the case. This show transcends time. It's eternally funny.
nope not alone
Jeez I'm 33 years old and I wasn't even a thought of when this show was out and I've watched all the episode and they never get old 🤣🤣🤣
"Tell Fred to Give us a Cheaper Tent With a Smaller Snake"...Alice Was Savage
Love it! "You should have gone to the barber shop to have your taxes made out"
TurboTax 1950s' style.
Even down to the way He flicked that last piece of spaghetti onto the plate...Art Carney was Absolutely Brilliant as Norton
Into vintage comedy FOREVER. Love these.
First Perry Mason episodes interesting mid-50s, etc.
Greatest comedy in the history of television. Raw, visceral and unforgettable. Gleason/Carney were in a class all their own.
There will never be 2 great comedians like these 2, this show is still watched online 70 years later and many more to come, amazing.

They are on DVD. Hard to believe Jackie's daughters are in their 80's.
This show was epic
One of a kind
Wow...how did I not know this show only had 30 something episodes? Its always on tv and I can't recall ever seeing the same ones constantly repeated. This show is so legendary that I always thought it had been on tv for years, with many seasons. Just learned the other day it was only on for a year. So amazing, truly had no idea. 🤷🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️❤️
I love Ralph so much I named my dog Ralph :)
