What are you?
Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.
I live in the Philippines.
What Camera do you use?
Usually a sony a7sii, cranes, dji osmo, gopro hero 5, dji mavic.
I use a 85mm, 35mm, 50mm, 10-18mm and 20-70mm lenses.

When i edit, its usually do it with Premiere Pro on a DELL XPS 15

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. CZcams starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

If y'all are looking for delicious kimchi, there's this Korean grocery store at Farmer's market next to Cubao MRT called Masan Grocery and they sell this really delicious homemade kimchi. I used to buy kimchi from SM supermarket or Landmark but the one at Masan tastes A LOT better maybe because it's homemade.
edit: Erwan, can you do a kimchi making video using vegetables that we can easily find here? I don't think we have the chinese cabbage that they usually use for making kimchi.

Chie Arcena I think the difference is the shrimp paste that they put in their kimchi. SM supermarket/Landmark's kimchi doesn't have shrimp paste.
gOrc yeah i think so too. It tastes better than the kimchi in some korean restos. 😆

You can use pechay baguio. Same thing. Napa cabbage is just bigger than our pechay baguio because of weather conditions

I've always loved Minseok! Joe Snack is very near the karaoke place (closed now) we used to frequently visit! I didn't know they had grilled meat there. Will definitely try it soon!

There's this restaurant in Don Pedro back in my law school days Manna Korea Garden Restaurant and I swear they have the best Korean Beef Stew. The ambiance was so homely and cozy. It's just sad they already closed ☹ But thanks for putting up this vlog! I will definitely try these places. If anyone knows if Manna Korea Garden Restaurant relocated or something please let me know! And Erwan I hope you'll do best restaurants in BF Homes Paranaque / Aguirre in the future!
