Basic legal writing - Indian treaties

- By reading through the treaties between the native Americans and the Indian nations, bands, and tribes I found that they built upon one another as a series of layered contracts.
In order to understand that these basic legal writing concepts impacted the agreements these three main areas may help.

Hi @Jim Interestingly enough- that was the reason for creating the jury system in the first place- preparing videos on that subject.
what about if i bought a cell phone and the box had a small sticker on the side that said if opened you agree to the terms and conditions of said product but the only way to read the agreement would be to open the box first. I guess i shouldnt have opened it but was unaware of any such sticker until after i had already bought and unpackaged it. Is this some new sneaky way to legally bind trusting customers like a sort of trap door?
WAS THE PACKAGING FOUND TO BE INFECTED WITH SMALL POX? OR, DID YOU WIN IT FROM ONE OF THOSE MACHINES, AT A CASINO? or is your question a clever inuendo for the situaiton and contracts that we used to offer the native Americans?
isnt it quite ironic and interesting that the “settlers” turned right around and engaged in the many of the exact same behaviors that lead them to flee their homelands , to their ultimate arrival at the feet of the native people....
