@@jbbeach710 no prob. I did for myself considering there's so much rambling, it's hard to follow along, but if it helps others great!
It really shows the Soviets were 60 years ahead off the West, and shows all that indoctrination we received growing up about how scientifically backwards they were was just that, state doctrine, and more to the point, outright propaganda on the part of the West.
It also shows how today's "scientifically informed" coaches are still getting it all wrong, what with their @2 and @3 RIR work set recommendations. And there recently was a study reviewed in MASS suggesting as much.

It's a good quote but slightly incorrect to me. Some people honestly find school easier than others and have a more fun time with school-life and learning in general. Those same people in many ways couldn't last a day when put in a position to deal with very difficult physical pressures like rigorous exercise and a lack of sleep etc. When you add in the extended length of time you have to deal with the physical pressures like with certain jobs in the military it thins the herd even more. The hardest thing to do is be both tough/resilient and smart. That is definitely a rare and highly respectable combination of traits.

I ended up grabbing a 48.5 lb bell from kettlebells USA for $69 about two weeks back. Was going to spend $139 on a competition he’ll and then at the last minute, they had a discontinued model that popped up in their related search for half the price. Check out the discounted stuff amigo, I’m stoked on the one I just got.

@Cameron Gregoire Adding reps because you're too comfortable with the weight is not what they're talking about with "one more rep mentality". They're talking about always pushing yourself to squeeze out additional reps when you're already at your limit, which is harmful, but gets endorsed by a lot of personal trainers.
