Excellent choice!!! The only reason I picked up this shoe is to use it as a non-carbon plated "control shoe" in research studies against carbon plated race shoes. This is a budget shoe with good responsiveness at a bargain basement price. The Speed 3, being carbon plated is the next step up and a great shoe if someone does not want to jump to the upper-tier top shelf shoes. Keep Pushing The Run!!!
I'm sure you could. I've never done that, so, I'm only assuming. If you have a VERY fast pace, you may want to look at a carbon plated shoe for additional responsiveness. Keep Pushing
Good question. It is not overly wide and does not have a high arch support. I am not an expert on wide or flat feet, but if you think you may need to size up, then they may work.
