This is so well thought-out, like I honestly can't think of anything to add! I already put some of these into practice (as an autistic ADHDer), but also a few things I'll definitely be adding to my 'toolbox'!

I really struggle with Christmas but strangely I find birthdays even worse every one else’s birthday my birthday just birthdays 😂
