I don't know how is Bartok supposed to be played, but I really loved that dramatic contrast. No. 3 is my favorite, but It never made me feel as intense as your interpretation just did. Thank you!!

So many nonsense-ritardandi and tasteless rubatos that overpower the music itself.
There is a recording of Bartok playing some of these dances himself. It's almost a different piece
