    Método: Very good
    • Vocabulary Building (Construção de vocabulário)
    • Repeat new word or frase (Repetir nova palavra ou frase)
    • Always have a dictonary/ a translator (Sempre tenha um dicionário/tradutor)
    • Write down words you want to know (Escreva as palavras que você deseja saber)

Yes, I agree - repetition and learning language in context is very helpful. I like that TPRS integrates those aspects into their teaching method. Thanks for sharing!

I'm going to have two classes lik these tomorrow, I'll think of how I can implement your tactic in at least one of them :D I'm teaching them easy verbs like "write" and "walk" and "run". I was wondering, how much time does it take you to prepare for a class?

Hello :) It can be a bit nerve wrecking to implement TPRS at first as it is very interactive and you can't plan everything ahead of time. I suggest first implementing techniques from TPR and Circling (we have videos for both) so you get a feel for creating an engaging class. After that, create a short story script, but be willing to be spontaneous and incorporate students' suggestions as well as make the story silly. It took me more prep time at the beginning , but once you find your storytelling style as well as build student rapport, it becomes second-nature. Hope you have a great class!
