Exactly. My recruiting firm dominates a certain medical sales sector and earn around 500-700k a year which is the top 1%. What he's saying is so basic and almost impossible for someone to just start doing. Takes very long to grow your name. This video is so weak. How he has 24k followers blows my mind.
Does that earn a lot of money to have that many followers?

He has just totally copied Robert Patin’s book The Agency Blueprint - All James Blackwell has done is put it in the context of a recruitment agency but the overall rules are EXACTLY the same and this guy is charging 5 figures for his coaching. Robert Patins books is available for FREE. I would highly recommend it.
If you look at James Blackwells testimonials, and then look up the companies, I am yet to find one that is doing well and some of them don’t even exist anymore. The guy is a great salesman but he’s selling someone else's content

@@weicheng7215 You've got to consider that in the UK the majority of recruiters are on around £24,000/year - 10 employees = £20,000/month + commissions, then VA's in Philippines will be paid less than that. office, software etc can be up to £10k depending on location & office amenities and software requirements. He'll be making a fair bit of profit and take home provided his accountant is doing his job
