Blood awakening isnt that hard. Only requirements to start it are bit hard to get fast. Coz you need to have girl awakened at level 100 and minimal is red gear. Then farm 250 dots for her weapon. But sice its drop in every stage from chapter 14 to 18 on normal or elite. Its not that hard and with double drop events it goes even faster. And here is secrets. When you start blood awakening you can farm more dots then 250 and even after awakening the extra one stay in your inventory. So its posibe with 1 girl to farm thouse mats for other one. Up to 3 next girl. Sice you can have max 999 dots and 3 girls need 750 :) And defefnding girl with 15 others isnt that hard at all.

Well i use her to make waves on one side not move too much to the middle.
Whole point of blood awakening is preventing attackers from both side get close to the middle.
You need to use girl with aoe or jumping ability like Werewolf. She can jump from one side to the other.
Or you can use girls like Phoenix, Lavia, Pandaria, etc... who stay at middle and fight both sides.
The bad think is only girl that realy stay at the middle whole time is Phoenix. Her range of attacks is impresive.
Other girls tend to move for auto attacks closer to the enemies. Just like Blowie her aoe ulti kinda dont reach on other side of the map. And you dont have any control of your girls. You can just put them on the field.
How do you get guan yin
Guan Yin is SX Girl. So if you arent vip 9+ (200$ payed) you cant get her. She is in SX vending machine as one of many random girls per day. And you have chance to get her with 388 dias pulls from SX vending machine. If she is in hotspot that day.

How did you get to those levels
If you mean lvl 100 for girls. Its max level in the game. Once 1st person reach lvl 90 on your server, it unlock new futures on server and one of them is max lvl 100.
Saber how much did you have to spend to get your girls that high
Well you dont need to spend any dias on girls get them that high. You just need time. I play this game 2+ years now.. Thats why i have so many girls maxed. You need at least half year to get max level 100. Then you just need tons of exp potion to level up other girls. You get thouse as reward for each quest. Sice at max level you dont get exp as reward.
If you want to sx girl. You need to spend al least 300$ for vip9. Than you dont need to spend any more. You just generate dias every day from workshop, Top Floor, 1on1, guild wars ... montly card etc..
