In this video we tackle the chassis damage on my #salvage #bmw #x3m which is no easy task so as much as I would loved to have tackled this entirely myself I have had to get some professional help. Along with that we also take a look at some of the parts I have been collecting to rebuild this car to better than its original condition.

Did something like this at home for when I bought a cat s insignia. Had to replace whole outer wing panel. Managed to repair it myself without a jig or anything like that because it missed the chassis leg by like a mm
No shame in having to call in the pro's Chris - rather it done properly than sketchy. Fair play to Evolve Arc, says a lot about a company, clearly top of their game and cool with it too. Would love to see more of what they do. X3M coming along nicely, been great seeing how these things go together (come apart lol). Looking forward to the next one!

Out of any restoration/crash rebuild job, chassis work is definitely 100% the 1 i would steer clear of so i dont blame you for getting the pros to help.

Great to keep seeing this 'real world' rebuild... where your getting the pro's to do the jobs you can't tackle. Then being ready to jump back in there in for the stuff that is suitable to do in a 'DIY' environment. Looking forward to seeing the car back in your garage for the re build process.

This just shows how much labour go's in to these repairs. This is why insurance company write vehicles off and how long it takes to get the parts. Look forward to seeing the rebuild and nice upgrade turbos.

Great video.... your honesty is what makes it. This format leaves us routing for you and willing you to succeed even if it was not the way you set out to fix the car.
I know in time you will have a premises big enough to tackle massive projects like this whilst being able to do 2 or 3 others at the same time to keep the content flowing.

Retro fit the facelift rear lights to this, just done on my X3M comp. BMW sell it as a kit, needs coding but makes the rear look more aggressive. Got a bmw tech on board if you need assistance

Hi.......like many of you I'm watching this thinking OMG the amount of work to get a crashed damaged car on the road properly.......like Chris and MA do but can you imagine all those cars put on the road by people who don't really care or are Just a mill out on their measurements?.......P
