The oil cooler housing gasket will always go bad and leak a lot of oil and it gets everywhere. Its good to catch it early as it is an inexpensive repair and can be done at home with some basic tools and e-torx. Just a few bolts and clean up.
I remember doing the belt on my Hyundai Sonata after a year of squealing. Fought with it and fought with it until I figured out I just needed a long 17mm for the tensioner.
