As someone who works in Miami regularly, the tip about wearing heat protectant when you’re out in the sun is 10/10 perfect. Some days just being outside in the sun for 5 minutes will heat up your hair so badly it will start to cook like you have a blow dryer on it.

Lovely! I have very long virgin hair to my hips so don’t need extensions. But the weight of it give me a flat crown. I would love some sort of body lift hair piece
