  • In this week's episode I had the pleasure of sitting down with @ONEChampionship fighter Liam Nolan. In this episode we discuss how; Liam first got into martial arts, his first bout at the age of 13 against a 22 year old, winning multiple titles in Muay Thai, signing a contract with @ONEChampionship & his journey so far with the promotion, breaking down how he would fight current world champion, Phetmorakot. Liam also talks about what it's like being training partners with former world champion Jonathan Haggerty and also discusses his favourite up and coming fighters in the UK.

Great episode, Nolan is a future superstar of Muay Thai. It would be great to see Haggerty and Knowles on the podcast too.

Good to see Liam H. Shedding light on the up and coming fighters. Harrison is one of my favorite fighters ever, and he has a lot of knowledge to pass on.

Nolan has a really nice fighting style, both him and Haggerty have a real technical style that's great to watch.

Love these podcasts. A lot of UK fighters will want to be in this. I would suggest having the fighters coach there as well. Good to have a third person there

Here I was a week ago watching the Siam boxing footage of the sparring at Knowlesy academy thinking to myself 'wow these guys look sharp and fit as f*ck', and here comes Liam Nolan 'Yeah We were all a bit out of shape' LOL... Great podcast, greetings from Bulgaria! Good luck to both of you in your future fights (fingers crossed for it to be soon)

Great conversation! I was there for the triumphant title in America. Always remember your post interview in the ring, “how do you feel after winning!?” Nolan- “ it feels fucking great!” 😂
Always fallowed him after that, knew he’d be great!

Liam Live Loop Rodtang has been fighting at a higher level recently and is much younger ,the fight would be at 135 lbs and he will have lost at that weight before
