- Ambitions of a Muay Thai Fighter: Liam Nolan - 22 year old British Muay Thai & Kickboxing phenom, Liam Nolan, returns to ONE Championship this weekend, however, the British Thai-boxer's journey began at 13 years of age fighting adults. Nolan would go on to become a world & intercontinental Muay Thai champion and the UK's number one ranked super-welterweight (69.8kg) before being signed up by ONE Championship.
In this short documentary film narrated by, Liam Nolan and his mentor, Christian Knowles (head coach of The Knowlesy Academy in Northwest London), uncover Liam Nolan's Kickboxing & Muay Thai career highlights in establishing himself amongst the world's Kickboxing and Thai-boxing elite via ONE Championship and much more.

Great video Anoop! The growth of skill in the British scene is really impressive. I also like that they dont fall into the trap of trying to be K-1 stylists in Muay Thai.
Thank you:) The Thai-boxing over here is strong but niche and is taught separately from Dutch/K1 style of kickboxing with completely different schools of thought and so forth which, is evident from the observation you have made.
Dedication and hard work pays off, this lad is a prime example of that.
