      i like the video of him getting annoyed at "Elaine" for cracking up so carelessly. He was not joking around when he intimated that he wanted to hit her a couple times. I don't blame him; I am of the opinion "Elaine" ruined the show - or at least kept it from making one more season. Season 9 was going swimmingly ... all except for Elaine, who was dwindling slowly away away away. For good reason - she was out of her league on this show, and this cast.

      There are two types of personalities broadly easy going one and the hard wound ones and they end up together. At work, in marriages, in life. They annoy each other but each has their merits and demerits. At the end of the day we got a great show. I used to be an easy going person ended up a bit wound up after a few stressful situations in life. What I wouldn't give up to be as easy going as I once was. Life is a breeze and so much fun that way. Perfection does not matter. People forget you, life is impermanent go out there and have fun while giving it a 100% of yourself. Wish everyone a good life.

      gina jost I always said Larry David was the genius behind Seinfeld. When he left the show after the 5th season, the show lost quality and was never the same.

      He left after season 7. And the show remained No 1

    • @l00d3r
      @l00d3r Před 9 lety

      True, but the quality suffered. After Larry left, there were fewer great shows than before, and the stories had a different feel. It remained #1 because it was still a good show and because of the momentum it had acquired.

    Yes, Michael Richards was totally inappropriate, yes, he lost control, yes, he screwed up, HOWEVER, he is still a brilliant comedian. Can't take that away from him.

    • @Games_and_Music
      @Games_and_Music Před 3 lety

      I think because the audience didn't really respond to it on the take.
      I was literally just thinking this earlier, like, they'd probably use this line and use the laugh from the moment right after the director called cut to make it "work" on TV.
      But i didn't realize that they didn't actually use this line in the episode, i've been watching these bloopers regularly and kinda assumed that the lines are used on TV.

    During the Bootlegger scene (at the end of the video), Stiller's voice, expression and mannerism ("What the HELL does that mean?") are IDENTICAL to those of my Jewish grandfather. I actually think of him when I see that scene. (I'm also nearly genetically identical to my grandfather so I could probably pick up that voice easily if I wanted to.)
