    This is purely anecdotal, but in my experience, kefir and kimchi are the only probiotic foods that I have ever noticed any significant differences in terms of digestion issues. But prebiotic foods are the most effective.

    Need to try the barebell bars... love picking up things at trader joes but stay away from the ground beef it's really weird... 👍

    Grass fed beef has more protein vs grain fed beef??

      No,although it may contain more AMINO acids ,its about the nutrient density, (micro nutrients) also the lack of omega 6 fatty acids
