      ​​​@@generalaktdI agree m8 that they are all better than frank lampard however that is not really saying much tho is it really🤣 I honestly think the managerial situations in football at the moment is bordering on crazy I know its silly season but I dont understand why big football clubs want to get rid of experienced head coaches or managers whatever thier title is and bring in up and coming options its interesting that chelsea replaced a bloke who won them the champions league tuchel with a bloke who did ok at brighton potter that made no sense to me at the time and it still doesnt never mind poch🤣 by the same token I do not understand why bayern have dispensed with thomas tuchel and by all accounts they want to replace him with vincent kompany the same vincent kompany who has just led a club to premier league relegation I thought it was april fools day when I heard bayern wanted kompany however he is top of the list of candidates by all accounts as you can tell I rate tuchel highly more highly than this lot anyway I would be amazed if we do not see tuchel back in the premier league at some point personally🤔

      @@kamulakamula well until they appoint themselves as head coach, Chelseas hopes to get to the top are as good with a new manager as it is with Poch. Poch may have been a decent coach, but games like the elf cup final, fa cup semi final, the arsenal game all showed poch isn't the guy for big games.

      Our chelsea? Our chelsea that we know would’ve fired poch in December. Roman would’ve sacked him for 6th as well. Roman would’ve done exactly the same if not worse. So bore off about “our chelsea” hiring and firing is our way. It has brought us success. Clearlake who everyone hates has signed a generational talent in Palmer. We haven’t signed a player like him since hazard in 2012. They also went big on Enzo and caicedo (who is looking worth every penny at the moment)

    Chelsea fan here. I suggest that no manager at the moment even signs for this club under this fradulent ownership and bow down to false promises and lies. Fan protests will be coming soon and Clearlake and Bohely will face the wrath of fhe fans through boycotting games and withdrawing support in the stadium. I feel for Poch, even though it was claimed he chose to leave himself. He deserved more time and the players were looking happier and results and performances pointed to a positive outlook for next season.

    The owners/managers have done serious damage to their relationship with the fans. All their talk of patience and their longterm project is just empty words meant for investors. Unfortunately, I believe that they are going to make it even worse by selling Gallagher and Chalobah (surely this is why Poch left). Is it too early for protests to break out against them? All of my worst fears when they were announced as our owners are coming true, they know nothing about football and don't care about the club or its fans. I'm furious.

    Guordiola is reproducing himself everywhere - I’d say 60-70% of the exciting new managers are all Guordila’s protégées. Much respect. Arteta, Enzo, Vincent, guy at Girona, etc… Incredible

    Main problem is impatience from fans and club … had they given each coach two seasons to develop the young squad but no.. each coach came it was “Potter out”, “Lampard out”, “Poch out” … the next coach be prepared.

    In nature, Poch is also a collaborative coach.
    However, I believe it's normal to get frustrated when people who know little about the footballing side (esp. the owner) heavily intervene in the footballing matters as we've seen with the Gallagher contract situation.
    It's nuts to expect your head coach/manager to go head-to-head with Pep when he's not entitled to build his very own squad of players that he considers to be best suited to his philosophy

    Kieran McKenna: No way proven as a Prem manager and must not go to such a high pressurising job.
    De Zerbi: Very much a 10/10, exciting, proven and knows what to do and expects high from his squad; worked with already some of his players.
    Amorin: 7/10 because I think he is talented and very much proven.
    Tuchel: -12/10 bro aint working with Boehly again.
    Poch: bring him back they'll fall off next year🤣🤣🤣🤣

    The owners of Chelseafc have done the right thing!!! Look at Real Madrid for instance, they have technical directors who are always incharge of transfers and give them to their head coach to manage and they excel in football! Pochettino is a good coach but he need to stay off the transfer market for the technical directors to do their job! It’s so simple

    Poch was just getting into the rythm. I like that they're going after 'smaller' names but it's gone wrong in the past. More so we need somebody who has done well for several seasons not one season wonders.
