My favourite hot since 82 basslline is Detlef remix of the core. Simple but its really got that push and pull to it.
Technically that would be a Detlef Bassline I guess. But cool track none the less

Thank you! Been learning so much with your quality videos! I just have a couple of questions about these bass lines: how do you make the mix sound clear without sidechaining? Or do you use some kind of subtle form of sidechaining? Thanks very much again.
I use LFO Tool, which acts like an automatic sidechain.

Hi Dilby, amazin stuff! I have StudioOne, but really want to go through your tutorials... You're using Ableton only, I suppose?
Yeah, I use Ableton man. But to be honest, most of the stuff in the videos is applicable to and DAW. They all do pretty much the same thing these days, just with different layouts and nuances. Hope you find some helpful stuff in there.
