    Sam! Found myself watching your older vids late tonight and heard you reluctant to trying Kefir. I implore you to give it a shot. It tastes great and is great for you. Made with probiotics found in yogurts in the world's blue zones or areas with the highest life expectancy. Check it out!

    First time watching your channel searching for a Sangria recipe. Quick comment. The gold tequila color doesn't come from the barrel. It comes from being distilled a second time. Silver is distilled once. Reposado spends from 3 to 5 months in the barrel. AĂąejo spends from 6 to 8 months in the barrel. Tequila does not acquire body, taste or depth beyond 8 months. As long as the tequila is 100% Agave, you'll be enjoying the real deal and avoid a bad hangover. If it does NOT says 100% agave, that means (by international law) it must contain 51% agave and 49% of a second alcohol either grain or cane. (So basically you are mixing drinks and begging for a hangover). Interesting note.... Don Julio AĂąejo (my favorite), as all Don Julio Tequilas, are placed in barrels that were previously used for Scotch. This gives the tequila a smooth smoky flavor without the perfume that you get from new Oak barrels like Herradura uses. That being said, thanks for the recipe!
