I can’t believe the perfect placement of the white stone right on the teeth! 😍beautiful !
I couldn’t either. That was just pure luck lol.
That was so cool, and like everyone noticed, the teeth look so real!
How about pouring a 2cm wide cylinder of clear resin allow to cure and remove from its mold. Then use colored glass beads instead of stones. For the final pour. put the clear cylinder in the middle of the base so that light from the bottom will have a path to get into the middle of the skull and backlight the beads
Have you tried making one using glass marbles instead of the stones? The light would probably shine through those.
Perfect gift for that person with rocks for brains.
All joking aside that's beautiful. I want one now along with a sea glass one for my book ends.
The placement of the white stone is incredible, what amazing good luck!! Absolutely gorgeous piece, Steve, love it!
I did this for my wife for mother's day. She loves it.
I love the white stone right in the teeth. Couldn't have been more perfect. Your videos are amazing. Thank you for sharing your ideas and inspiration.
I love the effect. My first skull I ever made was filled with rough rose quarts.
I've done one with marbles and curling ribbon. They are so cool. Going to try one with wooden balls next, but I'll need to pre resin the wood balls to minimize bubbles.
Those wipes are a GAME CHANGER - thank you for bringing those to our attention!
What did I miss? What wipes? New sub, love this channel so far
Hi Steve, try using a little dollop of hand sanitizer on your messy gloves and wipe them off with a paper towel. It works like a charm.
Thanks for the tip.
Awesome! 🤩How fantastic that the white stones were in it teeth area! 😁
Wow! This turned out so beautiful!
Hi Steve
When I'm having a bad day, watching your videos helps a lot.
God bless you.
Sylvia, Denmark
Oh my goodness what a great idea. I love to tumble stones also and this idea will sure come in handy. Thanks you so much for sharing this idea.
I love that! Well done Steve 👍
Just got your kit in the mail and am blown away. It's awesome
Amazing!! Getting the white stones just right, love the light underneath
Brilliant Steve, new ideas for my old store of stones, glass and shells. Your ideas are an inspiration. ❤
Perfect 🤩 placement on the teeth 😂 thanks Steve ❤❤❤
The sparkly reddish stone is "Goldstone" a man-made stone invented by monks. It's beautiful and I would like to imitate it in resin at some point.
I love watching you your so funny I love it😂😂😂😂 😊
Really cool. I thought it was great when you turned it around and the white rock was in the teeth 😁. 😍
I love the way the rocks look in this, I am going to have to try this!! Thank you
Hi Steve! Thank you for all you bring us. Just so happens that I want to start working with stones. Perfect timing
This looks fantastic, I love it. I’ll have to get some stones and find a mould that I love. Thank you Steve.
Wow, that's my favourite thing you've made in resin this year Steve! I love the natural 'river bed' look it has, you've captured it perfectly. You decision not to add colour or glitter was a good one I think. I bet it sells super quick Steve! Have a great week!
Thank you Carly, it found a new home almost immediately. I’m polishing rocks like mad now to be able to make more.
Wow. Stunning!❤❤
Absolutely amazing! Be a great paper weight 👍
That is so cool! I really love it! That was awesome how a white stone ended up where the teeth are! Love it!
Looks beautiful,love it💯💯💯
That is so cool, love it!!!
This came out beautifully! ❤
Turned out great!💖
Thank you
I love your videos they give me joy! ❤
I did one using glass beads… and a bit of transparent orange 🍊 so pretty 🤩
We have been creating resin pieces with crystal and stone Chips for years!
Love this, looks so great. Did make me laugh that you kept rubbing the head at the end (no innuendo intended) 😂
That is beautiful i love it i think people would definitely buy this i know i would
Wow, I really love this one!! if you wanted to have a light shine through more of the top, maybe you could add a layer of stones then do clear marbles, either those flat vase ones or round, to the middle by using tube, just stick it in empty, then pack the rocks on the outside edges around it. fill the tube with the vase beads then pull the tube out. I think that should work. Love your stuff!
Ohhh I love this! I have a bunch of gemstone chips that I could do in smaller moulds, I love it! I'm also so SO happy to see you using Big Wipes again, I went through about 15 of your videos the other day trying to get a good view to see exactly which Big Wipe variant you use, so thank you SO much for the link today, mega mega helpful, they really should sponsor you! 😁🌈💜
Was super surprised to see this project. I have made several of these in different molds over the past few weeks! Love how yours turned out!
I did the same thing in the frog and skull just using garden stones, they are really nice, wish I would have had all the coloured stones you used💕
Nice, I have some river rocks that would be beautiful
I’ve been polishing rocks like mad to make more.
That's amazing, try it with polished glass, then the light might shine through. xx
Hi Steve, that turned out absolutely brilliant. Iv got loads of beautiful stones and would love to make something similar. ❤
Now that is one gobsmackingly gorgeous stone skull! Absolutely love this project, Steve. Thank you and have a fab week! ❤
Beautiful!
Gorgeous 😊
That looked absolutely fantastic!! It would make a great garden ornament withe those beautiful stones. Maybe in an animal mould of some kind. Stunning!
I have to laugh. I LOVE your giggles! So is this called stoned? Hehehe. I love what you do!
Gorgeous!!
Ohh wonderful, I've put tiny rocks in resin b4, but this is next level, such a brilliant 💡 u make such pretty things❤❤❤
Really LOVE THIS ❤❤❤❤❤
So..I was thinking ...how about putting some lights in with the stones? I think that would be awesome! OK... I am inspired! thank you so much for sharing this! six days later! :) cheers!
I did something similar with marbles in a frog mold, really looks good, will try in a skull next
Really Cool. I tumble rocks and I am always looking for ways to use them. Thank you Steve. Hey put about 12 of these in a circle and you will have Stone-Head 😜
I do this with the helping hands mold.
LOVE polished rock, Steve, and the skull turned out SO beautiful! ❤😍👍
Want to make it a lamp? Use TV Stone. Sorta fiber optic like. And glitter! It would look amazing.
I want watching them, especially that little giggle
As always I love you’re ideas. You talks about doing one with only one kind of stone.. Try with 3 or maybe 4 kinds. I truly believe it will look WAUW🤩🥳 Maybe try in some other cool item
Thank you for my favorite channels❤
Beautiful.
Beautiful
OMGoodness!!! It's absolutely Beautiful! Love it!!
hi Steve, love the vids. just an idea...instead of using a sharpie marker to mark your resin cup, use a wet erase pen. the ink will come off in water.... keep up the good work, I'm learning a lot
❤😮🎉MAGNIFICENT
so cool would of never thought of rocks
I would definitely buy that.
Your laugh makes me giggle everytime Steve❤❤❤ Love the Multicolor stone skull❤
Awesome ❤
That turned out fantastic. You should make more stone items. Thanks and have a great week. Byeeee
That white stone is fantastic, The whole piece is amazing. I get fired up when your new videos appear because I know they will be good.
I tried this a few weeks ago with gravel bought for a fish tank. Its clean but not pollished yet still comes out with a really bright finish.
LOVEEEE
Beautiful, those rocks are stunning.
Love it!! ❤
Gorgeous! You make such beautiful and amazing items. Love watching your videos.
Love this
I’d love a flat bottom! Well, maybe just a bit flatter than it is right now 😊
6:15 “the only time anyone wants a flat bottom” 😂😂😂
I used stone and looks really good I love it
Gorgeouis!
I'm looking forward to seeing your video on how to polish stones. Those are beautiful stones you have. I wonder where you got them?
It could be made into a very nice desk lamp by drilling through it to run wires.
So cool! I wonder if you used only semi-transparent stones would it work as a light?
I'm one of those. I measure the mold with water & write it on the outside.
Well I know what I am making for my brother for his birthday on the 31st of this month. Thank you so much! I just so happen to have that exact mold
Awsome 💀 lone this idea 💡
How long did the stones in the resin skull actually take to cure?
Great idea.
Thanks for texting back.
Such an awesome look!
Absolutely loved it.
❤❤
😍
Absolutely gorgeous, how would you price this 🤔
Great idea, I just bough a rock tumbler to see if it would be able to smooth out some 3D prints (alas no)... The kit came with a bunch of stones so I'll give it a go, I didn't hear you mention how much a piece like this would sell for. Cheers
What is the best way to clean out that mold you used in this video? I've got the same. I want to make sure it's clean inside before I pour resin again. So how should I clean the inside out. Your channel is very informative. Thank you very much.😊
That looks great!! And the teeth 😂
I love it 😍 I made something like that 3 month ago and i love to use stones 😊 Can you tell me what respirator you have with microphone? I can't find 🥺
I have not created anything yet. Would like to create a flat round disk to use as a coaster and "float" buttons in it like you do with stones. Do you recommend that I let the first layer dry completely and then add buttons (which will probably sink) and then add a second layer? Or do you recommend I do it in one step, as you do here? Thank you!
