These FUJITEC installations are notably more posh than their counterparts at time of installation, featuring circular buttons and a mood interior. This HDB block is under an integrated HDB development known as Clementi Towers which is made up of 2 Blocks; 441A & 441B, together with The Clementi Mall down below. The configuration of lifts here are similar to the ones at Blk 79D in Toa Payoh Central, where certain lifts are designated to serve different zones to prevent long waiting times. This lift that was filmed here is the fireman’s lift whereby authorised personell can access restricted floors on fire mode.
