- OG Cartoon holds a prominent role not just as a member of the 53rd Avalon Gangsta Crips(AGC) but as a distinguished four-star General within their ranks. The 53rd AGC is situated in the rough and tough eastside of South Central, a place not easily escaped. OG Cartoon hails from an era where one's word and integrity carried immense weight, where surrender or backing down from a confrontation was unthinkable. The era had its distinct dress code, a unique way of walking, a specific slang, and a code of conduct, all symbolizing something greater than individual identity. Sadly, many lives have been sacrificed in defense of AGC's honor. Cartoon is very much in touch with the significance of these sacrifices.
Unlike a transient street organization, AGC has a profound and intricate history dating back to the late 60s, initially recognized as the Businessmen. This group evolved into the East Side Crips and eventually transformed into the present-day AGC. OG Cartoon, deeply rooted in his neighborhood, remains unwavering in his support for his associates. Currently residing in Alabama with his wife, he manages a successful CZcams channel named Cartoon 53. Through this platform, he shares his personal life, opinions, and thoughts with his dedicated audience, affectionately known as his Foundation or Foundation Nation. U ain't lying. I raised my nephew for 3 years and I use to be heavy in the streets. Kids are too smart he kinda caught on to that at a young age. Always asking me who would win in a fight, me or some random person...I tried to steer him right and teach him not to start fights but finish them and never let anyone hit him. He turned into a menace lol started punching kids and teachers, I guess I failed him
Yeah, twenty years ago I was concerned about my son killing someone at an early age. I became a Christian when he was a baby and raised him the best I could but he's still a career criminal. At least I taught him right and didn't intentionally raise a thug. Gang life is a total waste, worse than even sitting around watching sports

Being from LA and NYC / when he started the story about working in the fields with the watermelon plants I about fell off the couch laughing.
Because as he starts - I'll already thinking the same things. I'm no farmer. We got patios in LA.
Earlier he makes a good point about the state of these kids . With all the female energy and just grab a gun. They blame it on lack of fathers - but these new mothers/gang members are amplifying the issue.

Damn so the movie Life with Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence REALLY showcased the prison life in the country. Literally as he was telling his story along with the good slideshow work in the back, all I was visualizing was the movie Life. That’s crazy.

LMAO!! The field story is great!! I lived in Alabaster (about 10 miles from Mtn Brooke the location of the jewelry store) and Tuscaloosa for about 6 years total. The heat and humidity in Alabama is unbearable almost.

I remember seeing a video where a LA gang member also ended up in a prison somewhere in the South and they treated LA gang members like royalty. I would think a gang member from LA like the original Crips or Bloods gang would have a lot of respect in any out of state prison considering how widespread and influential they are outside of L.A.
