if using a different ultrasonic than forza v3, how should we go about selecting an endo tip that is similar to E14D or E12? in other words, what are the characteristics these tips have that I should look for in choosing tips that work with my particular ultrasonic. thank you
E11 and E14D tips fit on different ultrasonics. It doesn't have to be just Forza V3. Most ultrasonics have the same attachment. You just have to experiment to find the correct power setting on each to avoid fracture or a weak output. This is because each ultrasonic unit has its own power settings and differ with others. Forza is very powerful and so you the recommended settings on the tips are meant for that unit. But if the tips fits on a different ultrasonic unit the you just have to find the optimal setting by doing your own experimentation. Otherwise you need to consult your manufacturers list of tips to see what comes close to those tips. Cheers!

hi doctor ,how are you
would you please tell us how much the r p d for the ESX
ESX should be operated at 500-600RPM in Basic Cases and 300RPM in Advanced Cases. Cheers! :)
Thanx a lot
What about the torque ?
Torque setting depends on the handpiece. If you're using EndoSync I recommend OTR Motion and a setting of 0.6 Ncm.

@@AANasseh thank you . I am a current endo resident and enjoy seeing other methods and instruments besides what I have in my residency. Best!
