It’s a great machine , got one from you guys couple weeks ago , things awesome and the 30A spool worked great for what we needed to do with aluminum.

I've had mine for about a year and a half, it welds great with one real gripe I have. I have had a hell of a time trying to get .023 br/si or .023 ER70-S6 to feed properly, in fact I simply gave up on trying, it's bird nest city. If there is a way to control the overrun I would like to know about it. It runs AL wire perfectly through the push-pull gun. All of my equipment and 6g extension cables, I use common plugs/receptacles to match the 240v outlet on my trailblazer. I have used my 255 off the trailblazer, and as long as you run the TB at full, it welds like it is connected to regular shop power. It's not precisely portable, but it can be moved around as needed.

Did you contact Miller with the issue , these welders aren’t cheap machines?

@@michaelhallas6450 even my old 251 I had issues driving that small wire. The only welder I ever had that was exceptional with the .023 wire was a lincoln weld-pak 155. It's such a small thing, I am not really worried about it

You need to change the gun liner to a smaller diameter liner. Off the shelf the machine is meant for .030 and larger so the liner is larger to accommodate large wire.
You need the smaller liner to keep the small wire contained and moving smoothly.
