Great Loop Cruising Info: Leg 24-Crisfield to Solomons, MD

Today's Great Loop leg is a short, 4-hour cruise across the Chesapeake Bay from Crisfield to Solomons, MD. There is finally less fog on the water, so we enjoyed this easy-going cruise to Solomons aboard The Perch.

What program do you use for this interactive map???

I use Google Earth, but it must be the older version that can be installed on a computer, not the version that runs via a browser. With that version, you can import a .gpx file that is generated by your navigation software and create a "fly over" effect.
