Most of my adult life, people have said i look a lot like you. I used to have my hair long like you and slowly got it shorter and shorter as well and when I decided to go shorter, I saw pictures of your hair and started showing my hairdressers your pictures and it looks so amazing because of that! A great thing you can do to simplify your hair routine is braid. Works for all hair lengths and is super simple. All you need to do is take an extra 10 mins before going to bed and braid your hair. The number of braids depends on the size of curls you like. I personally love 2 for my hair, on some days 4. You can braid before going to bed, spray some plain water on the braids (unless your hair is already wet) and go 😴. The water is necessary because that way the waves are way more pronounced, stay on longer and have more volume. In the morning you take the braids out and bam - natural looking wavy hair with no heat. Just remember to braid the whole hair (scalp portion included) to achieve a finer look. I think this is a great method, I do it on myself on the daily. I hope you (or anyone else reading this) find this useful. **please excuse me if I've made mistakes/typos, I'm still learning**
Phoebe Chambers I do this all the time too because I don’t like to use heat on my hair very much. I also twist it into a low bun to give it a bit of large waves throughout the bottom.

I absolutely love your hair both ways but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the night look. My hair on the other hand is very long and fine (I have a lot of it though). May hair does not curl (it will fall out as soon as I hit the doors. I have tried everything!!). So with that being said, I just use It’s a 10 miracle leave in product, to give it heat protection (for when I dry it) , de-frizz, and de-tangle. It helps with a ton of other things, but those are the main things I need.

I am the same! I had long hair for so long and I started slowly cutting it shorter and shorter. Now I love the short style. It’s easier to style and it’s comfortable.
Recently I cut my hair short because of your hairstyle. I am so happy I did because everything you mentioned as a mom and this being an effortless look makes total sense. I actually bypass the heat products and just use the “easy method” of tying up my dry hair than taking it out and spraying it. It still gives that effortless, beach vibe. Love it and so easy.

Pretty mama!!! I have same length as you and love having shorter hair!! I use the the wave spray from your girl and just scrunch and go lol! When I do want a more textured look I do use a diffuser instead of a curling iron when I want a more random look to my hair. Love these vids you put out!

I have had both very long and short hair! I will say short hair is so much more fun and easy to deal with but you can always do so much more with long hair! I’m in the process of growing mine back out rn! Loved your tips! ❤️

I always had long hair growing up, but after quitting ballet at 17, I went really short (like shaved in the back, angle to the front...and died it purple). Now at 25, I am back to my natural colour and shoulder length hair. I can't say I will never go long or short again, but for now its the perfect length for keeping my head down and focusing on my career. I’ve had short hair for 5 years now and I love it probably won’t ever grow it again. It flatters my face shape perfectly and it’s so easy to style. My 7 year old daughter has even opted for a bob she’s had it two years.

Love your short hair! I actually showed my stylist one of your recent sleek bob pictures and cut mine like that. For me, i do the sleek every day and would do a curl/wave for special occasions. I use smoothing, anti frizz products and it’s a 10 leave in. So shiny!

I LOVE having short hair, it falls down to my collar bones and it's so easy and hassle-free. I have naturally voluminous and wavy, thick hair. So whenever I'm gonna go out the next day I have a shower at night and put it into two french braids starting from my temple when it's damp. When I wake up I have naturally curly and wavy hair and it literally took no effort! That's my favourite thing to do with my hair

I love these tips! My hair texture is similar to yours and I haven't used a hair dryer in at least 6 years. My hair is so much healthier that way! I have short hair also, it's about the same length but a little shorter! I agree, it is was easier to manage and you don't have to do much with it. I have had short hair for a couple years now because my hair is so thick and I think the shorter hair style looks better on me and just works for me. I love watching your videos and I use all your hair tricks!!

I just chopped my hair to about an inch below my shoulders and I also got a loose perm! I know what you’re thinking, and yes, perms still exist! Now for the summer months I can just wash, scrunch, and go! I don’t have to worry about using any heat.
I love having shirt hair! I use the living proof tdb styling product on my wet hair then some sort of wave spray.

I have had short short hair most of all my life. I am attempting to grow it out because the one thing I remember feeling when I once had it shoulder length in the past was how pretty and feminine I felt. I had more confidence. I stood up taller because of this longer hair. Plus, I’m tired of being called “Sir” all the time, lols.
The goal right now is the short bob look and the next goal is to grow it at your length.
