- 2011 engine project, quick jetting check after some modifications and tips for the new owner as the scoot was sold recently
who heared it? Yes, the clutch does slip a bit, harder springs are needed
Setup: fmpimped polini 208 cast iron, mazzu longstroke, si24 carb standard air filter, polinibox, 176/122 timings with 63% exhaust port. Lth/mmw cnc clutch with honda cr linings
still the old asso piston with potential, in thr polini kit with rounded edges in cyl and at piston (ie the sharp bottom skirt edge) its okish, but clearlly not state of the art 2022. Grand sport piston will be applied soon, i guess.

Hi I am currently building a new engine for my px 200 it is Malossi v one with Polini 221 cylinder with grand sport piston sip road 3 exhaust and a 28 Dellorto carb what jetting would you recommend, please
use a si24. any 28/30 is pure optical tuning.

How much difference or what specific change do you expect by changing the polini piston to the grand sport piston?
anti cracking safety as yhr asso piston is a weak spot. In general its better to buy a malossi sport.
