Thank you for this. I just ordered it off Amazon. I just started menopause and the hot flashes hit me hard!! I also started experiencing a little bit of night sweats, a little bit of anxiety, and severe insomnia to the point where I started experiencing seeing things that weren't there and forgetting things, forgetting where I placed things, forgetting things I said, and so much fatigue from not sleeping. The mind can play tricks on us when we don't get sleep. Also, vaginal dryness and some discomfort from having sex. I have been doing so much research on this subject and from watching other vids (besides ur vids which I binge watch), I started taking 2 tbsp of ACV (organic with the mother) in tall glass of warm water (I also add fresh ginger juice to mine) and drink morning and night. I also started eating organic fermented soy like tempeh and organic soy milk in moderation and these 2 things have helped me ALOT with the hot flashes. I did notice a little stomach discomfort when eating too much organic fermented soy BUT I noticed that taking a quality probiotic had helped with that. I will be purchasing the Effisoy and Equelle supplements to see how those work out because I have read that both these products have great reviews and it makes it easier than constantly buying the tempeh. Besides all this I do take magnesium, maca, potassium, black cohosh, and natural vitam E with tocotrienols, besides a quality multivitamin. Next thing to purchase also is the DIM supplement. Was wondering what your thoughts (or anyone else reading this) were on Swedish Flower Pollen Extract supplement and/or Pueraria Mirifica supplement? Wish me luck ladies! Blessings and Gratitude

Hi! Thanks for this video. I have a reason to believe my progesterone is really low. I have pcos, and my cycles are pretty much nonexistent. I have to take a 10 day progesterone pill. Would you suggest the cream over night the 10 day medication?

@@jasmineberrios5911 i used some lotion which helped temporarily (i can't remember the name) but now it has been around 4 months on the ring, and luckily my body is gettinc used to it and everything feels more or less normal again, finally.. I would have changed birth control if it didn't pass.

I have been suffering from vaginal dryness for many years & couldnt find anything that truely helps until a few months ago I heard about Vmagic cream & decided to give a try. Unrefined cold compressed Coconut oil works also, just a bit messy

have vaginal atrophy, tried vaginal estrogen , allergic a lot of inflammation, has caused uti's for over a year, many antibiotics, and smells rotten down there. I've been checked but nothing else wrong trying coconut suppositories, still uti & dryness. Nit sure what to do, do hydrate 6-9 water bottles per day

Coconut oil is AMAZING down there! I slather it on down there everyday after I shower and I'll wrap my towel around me and wait as long as possible before putting my panties on to give it time to absorb. I personally avoid putting it in my behind crack (lol) because I dont want it melting threw out the day and dripping down into my lady parts that just seams logical to me. I also don't put it inside just on the outter parts and it really has helped me alot. It's also antibacterial so it helps keep you smelling fresh down there especially on a hot day! Internally I have been using vagisil prohydrate and its helped alot so far however after reading up on the ingredients of that and the competitive brands I'm really hoping to find a more natural alternative. After spending countless hours online reading threw products ingredients I'm yet to have any luck. 😪...
