All laws must be passed by majority of elected members of both houses and not only three way these were passed during the absence of the opposition. The court's should take this into consideration.

CJI will be changed without any judgement on it and then the new CJI will approve it.
Modiji is right and in right direction in implementing new criminal laws. Time bound, delivery of judgement help people from harrasment by various departments in criminal law.
Also need to bring in judicial, lawyer, police, politician, bureaucrat accountability as fast as possible. Reduce taxes for middle class, increase 3-5% on large companies, and all above mentioned categories. Start taxing large farmers above 100+ acres based on high output regions.

It’s so shame to says it’s worse then draconian laws where the above mentioned groups for decades and when time comes for change are threatening to change . Improvements can be done based on the recommendations and pressuring to implement in all upcoming parliamentary sessions. Over a period of decades time all will fall in line and improve quality justice.
