Aww, I'm glad people thought it looked real! It's definitely weird being inside of the costume and not knowing if your movements look okay to everyone else. :)

Great video, reminded me why I loved Halo so much back in the day - the compelling story-based campaigns and the sense of community that developed around the multiplayer and between myself and friends I made through the game. Still, it was a time and place thing for me and moving forward, halo just isn't so central any more (though I still try to play it when I can).
I love the comment section, so far no hate or anything like that. I do admit I personally never agreed with how Halo 4 and now Halo 5 has been done but I mean, if others like it that is fine. I could go into detail but eh, I'd rather keep the comment section as peaceful as it is right now.

Every single time I play Halo 2 classic multiplayer on the Master chief collection, I can’t stop but think how great it feels to be playing an old game, and really enjoying it, all while being happy that the random people in the game, on my team and the enemies, reliving the same experience.
That lady that had the intercom built into her helmet and the lights. Ohhh myyyyy godddd. Sounded so good. But what I noticed the most out of her suit was the under clothing how detailed the neck under armor clothing was. That was awesome.

That was an awesome video, I've loved costuming and prop making since 1972 and taught my self how to do silicone molding and urethane casting and had to hunt my materials down by phone since I had no computer. Now back in the day there were at least two to three conventions that were held in hotels or motels in several different places in and around Cleveland thru out the year and then nothing, until Cleveland Comic Con about a month ago. I would love to get back into costuming and prop building but Cleveland seems to be the ass end of the universe for that type of thing as I cannot seem to find any body in my area that is interested in any type of costuming. I know that there is the 405th Midwestern garrison but there is no one on the list that is close... and yes I am a member of the 405th

For awhile now I've actually wanted to make a spartan cosplay based on the concept art for noble six, to be exact it was the art showing Six's armor from the front without the helmet then on the right it shows six with all these tactical attachments on. I'll put a link to it near the bottom of the comment. After seeing that art and the Mark V[B] armor in general, plus watching my brothers play, seeing a halo film on netflix at one point, and even playing a few rounds of multiplayer myself, I felt like I should try my hand at making my favorite suit of armor into more then just a 3D model. Problem is I am VERY broke and have no clue where to start.
I'm working on my very 1st halo cosplay ever. My 2nd cosplay ever period. I finished my helmet earlier today. Now I just need to finish the rest of the armor. Took about a week to do the helmet.
The Halo community is fantastic! I loved RedVsBlue back in the day, and Bungie, all the forums, the matchmaking, it's all fantastic! I love to call myself a member of the Halo community.
