    Funny how Antonio was pronouncing the names of the cards better than the "translator" hahaha

    More fun to watch Lee Shi Tian shuffle than watch him play?
    Nah, just kidding.
    But he does shuffle well

    Lee Shi Tian is really one of the best players on the tour right now. I think I'm a fan.

    Did the commentators not notice that if Lee played the Eidolon he would be unable to play another spell the rest of the game?

    • @xAnonymousss
      @xAnonymousss Před 9 lety +1

      If he played the eidolon he would have a blocker for snapcaster mage. Either that, or Leon wouldn't even attack at all, leaving eidolon in play and making him unable to do much either as he was on 4 life.

      +Lemonducky86 You are correct. Leon could still cast Splinter Twin. at 2RR, without any damage if he drew it. As must have become so abundantly clear to Lee the first time he played an Eidolon, Leon could far more easily play the waiting game. Not only that, at 4 life, Leon could survive casting a Lightning Bolt, and Lee, at 2, could not

    Why Flame Slash in this deck?

      Spellskite. If you're not playing Kiki-Jiki (he isn't), you basically can't combo off with a 'skite on the table. Also, it gets Linvala (same problem but even worse), although that's less relevant with Pod gone.

    Lee Shi Tian should have played the Edilion at the very end.

    • @jinminghuang1056

      +Breathe1234 why? he would killed him self if he don that because he was on 2 life he could't cast any spells if he played that edilion and Antonio has a creature can block it if Edilon attack so he would basicly lock him self out and wait for death.

    • @alanyuan8565
      @alanyuan8565 Před 8 lety

      Edition can attack

    • @TopdeckNuII
      @TopdeckNuII Před 7 lety

      that doesnt work because if eidolon attacks he leaves himself dead to the lethal crackback. antonio can just use the 1/4 to block lee's 2/2 for infinite turns until he draws a splinter twin which lets him win the game. furthermore if he attacks with the eidolon, antonio can just send the snapcaster over without fear of removal because lee can't cast spells

    game 3 when lee cracked the fetch land before drawing the molten rain it looked like the top card on his deck was rift bolt. if he wouldnt have cracked the fetch until after his draw he could have won

    • @thundermonty
      @thundermonty Před 9 lety +5

      +guitarblade1891 I mean results-oriented thinking like that is probably a trap. Cracking the fetch was technically correct because it thins out the deck. Whatever is on top is unknown and therefore irrelevant.
