- Rape is a troubling menace women have had to deal with for centuries with most of their victims not speaking up, due to the stigmatization attached to it. People who have been raped and manage to speak up are shut up with the blame shifted on them therefore making them less of the victim.
Rape has been on the rise lately and women have been dying due to it. There's really been no serious thing the Nigerian govt. Has done to bring them to justice. We have to resolve to self defense.
In this video, we will teach you basic Martial arts tactics to apply in case you find yourself in such a scary situation, and I hope this helps.

3:42 A little extra tip on this technique.... Make the fist, but raise the first knuckle of the middle finger and make that the striking point. It's more effective for weaker defenders against a larger attacker. All the power is concentrated at that first knuckle.

This video shows a few scenarios yes. but there are a lot MORE ways to defend yourself in such situations. And watching a video alone is not enough, find a friend you can trust to practice with. it feels totally different, watching a video, and practicing it for real (don't hit your friend for real though). but at least, the positioning and the rolling/ tumbling, arm lock/ disarms, etc. to get a feel of your own body and how to move it.

It's a worldwide issue that crap can happen everywhere and sadly it's not just young there's sickos out there that don't give about young or old so no need to make it sound like only there women from there different countries can watch this to protect themselves
