Hi, just found your videos. I am a newly graduated registered nurse moving from Boston specializing in neonatal care. Just wondering if I would be able to afford rent in silver spring? I would like to buy a home eventually. My starting salary would be around $74,000 (new grad).
You could find something. Try not to spend more than 30 percent of take home and you will really enjoy living here. Also owning a car here is super expensive if you can live and work in town you will get the full vibe. Thanks for watching and good luck!😊
