100% agree. Before a client comes in, I have them email me the BEAT so that I can have the key scale and bpm dialled in before they arrive. If it’s a client that I’ve worked with before, I’ll have the reverbs, delays and everything else dialled in exactly how they like it. by the time they are leaving, I must be able to bounce an MP3 and hand it to them.

there's apps like mixedinkey, plugins like autokey or key detector to double check., alot of the times producers put the wrong key
