Stop Abuse of legal aid. Judging by the abuse by the likes of £100,000 spent on that high school teacher not having a prayer room. Can I or anyone else take the Government to court for immigration failures and abuses? Legal aid is not the enemy the abuser are and cough they are almost all Muslims

Yeah sod human rights and fair trials. Everyone should just be convicted with no chance to defend themselves.
It’s also more expensive- you’ll have more people being found guilty so they’ll be sent to prison so you’ll need more prison places, more mouths to feed and look after, more prisonerkeepers. This all raises taxes. All because you didn’t want to give someone some legal aid which would be cheaper in the long run.
You see how easy it is to think about these things when you bother pull your head out of your backside? What’s stopping you from actually engaging your brain and using it to better man? Instead you hate these people for no reason so you’d rather lose loads more money in the long term just to put them in prison. Such a smart way of thinking.

No, they should be detailned until they say where they're from. The cost of returning them and detaning them here should be calculated, and they remain in prison until that money is reimbursed. At that point, they get sent straight back to where they came from - no legal aid, no court appearances, no hearings. If they are genuine asylum seekers, they go to the first safe country and apply at the British Embassy. @timmcardle5764

Not to mention that you’d be violating so many UK and international laws to do this. You can’t punish someone in the UK for refusing to talk. This has been a thing since the 17th century and is part of why our judicial system and constitution allows for freedom of speech. But when it applies to brown people you want to throw centuries of that out of the door. Grow up and realise that you’re talking complete balderdash. Just after midnight last night, an ambulance slowly driving out of the hotel car park AGAIN. Bet they never wait 5 to 6 hrs, to receive treatment. Just came home from work and about 10 Africans in the hotel carpark, smoking god knows what. Absolutely stunk to high heaven. Emergency services are here at least twice a week, and only going to get much worse im afraid 😢
