Second, yes, blind people can use the internet, including writing comments. They have programs that create modified UI's and readers.

As a colorblind person I got really confused by the first test ;-;
Couldnt read numbers at all and it stressed me out i guess im color blind, figuring this out via watching an asmr vid is really amazing
