@@quincymaru417 I’m not so sure, he focuses and shines the light on the desk and even the eye chart behind it I think it really is a whole practical set
Early Friendly Doctor videos used a green-screen and they weren't great. Especially with edges going in and out of focus glowing green. What Fred's wisely done here is print an image of the office on a large bit of PVC which he can fold away and hang up whenever he does the doctor. You can see the creases in the background and when he shines the light on it, it reacts like a flat image (because that's what it is).
@@fathuman I just had to go and look up the older Doctor videos since I am anew subscriber and yea you’re right. The green screen is pretty obvious on the old ones. Fred has done a great job in this one.
