how did you meet ur roommate? does fit offer ways to have roommates based off compatibility instead of just completely random 😭

So they provide a list of names to choose from but you have to “request” someone. I requested a couple people that I searched on instagram beforehand. After getting a bunch of “I already have a roommate” remarks, I messaged my roommate and she said she would love to live together so we had a FaceTime call and talked for about an hour and a half and things went really well so I think I just got lucky. I don’t recall being able to fill out a compatibility form though…

Do you have to be good at sewing or using a sewing machine for the fashion design course please

It would be really helpful to know it at least a little beforehand because many of the homework assignments are based on you sewing your assignments for a grade. But no, not required.
