She's repeating the cycle her mother did to her and her siblings. Pregnant and abusing drugs and alcohol. Chrisean needed help way before she repeated the behavior. She obviously doesn't know any better than what she's doing. She's a mentally challenged adult raising a mentally challenged baby now. The cycle needed to be broken. All her siblings are troubled in some way or another. I feel bad for Chrisean, her siblings and their offspring due to their mothers neglect. At this point you can't just blame Rock. She's a mentally challenged adult learning to navigate life the only way she knows how. And unfortunately it's not good enough. Jr needs to be in a better environment in order for him to thrive. CPS needs to be involved. I blame the system for not stepping in sooner. I'm praying for this baby 🙏🏽❤

Im a teacher, and ive had 2 students who were siblings and born only 9 months apart and both had fetal alcohol syndrome, their faces were not formed right and they had lots of learning delays, it was truly sad and heartbreaking

@mtchob Yes, CPS was involved, and they took away both babies at birth. They were raised by their grandmother, and mom wasn't in the picture at all. I never saw her at all. It's so sad for those kids have to live their life disabled because of her actions!! Heartbreaking 💔

My best friend would drink sun up to sun down. She realized she missed her period and took a test and found out she was pregnant. As soon as my friend found out she was pregnant she stopped drinking cold turkey. Some people are meant to be mothers and some are not. My God daughter is smart and beautiful like my bestie.

I have an adult cousin that has that condition and it’s no joke. He is a sweetheart but he has had a hard time socializing and learning to be on his own. He has very poor vision and slobbered a lot as a child which made it hard for him to be around other children. Parents that do that to their children KNOWING that drinking can hurt their babies are diabolical.
Working in L&D for six years and as a RN nurse the baby shows classic FAS. I honestly feel like she didn’t even know that she was pregnant at first ,before finding out. Drinking I feel you..but I smoked weed throughout all 3 of my pregnancies, to some that’s wrong….but doctors used to prescribe weed to pregnant women in the 60s to combat morning sickness… all 3 of my children were super smart babies, hit their milestones early and are all grown up and doin their thing…and every other baby I know whose mother smoked weed while pregnant was the same 🤷🏾♀️

my friend tried to convince me it was okay and then she gave birth at 6months. her daughter is very different at 3 yrs old.
I went out the club about 4 times while I was prego, but I didn't drink or smoke. I was a pothead before I found out that i was prego. The day I found out I was prego, I stopped smoking cold turkey. My son's health and wellbeing was way more important and valuable to me. I thank God every day for my beautiful handsome healthy son :)

Im currently pregnant as well (6.Month) and I smoked 2-4 ounces per week. But the first day I found out I was pregnant I stopped smoking weed and cigarettes period. It is my first pregnancy and I wish I would’ve found out earlier that I was pregnant. I was 5 weeks pregnant when I found it out. The unbelievable fact is 2 weeks before that I took a pregnancy test and it came negative, so believe me I was shocked to found out. But something in me told me something ain’t right - remember it’s my first pregnancy I really thought I have some digestive symptoms or tummy issues. Now thinking back it’s wild that I had a feeling while being 5 weeks pregnant. So yeah. I think people underestimate what a body does to you when you’re pregnant. Mommies all around the world are so powerful and strong and have a strong will when knowing they have to protect their baby. And I like to believe that it helped me quit smoking cigarettes and weed cold turkey.

Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) does a whole lot more to a baby than flatten their nose and give them small lips and eyes. I went to school with a girl who became an alcoholic, had a baby, went to jail and her mother got custody thank God. Ffwd 9-10yrs and the baby is now a little girl with normal body function but serious intellectual developmental delays and low IQ. She’s doing school work on a K-1st grade level and still struggling. She has serious emotional issues like severe anxiety, ADHD, sleep dysregulation, etc. She displays a lot of behaviors that lyk she’s not “normal” Ex) if you take her somewhere she hugs everyone she sees and she has tantrums like a 2-3y/o toddler. She is a happy little girl (for the most part I think) but this has all fallen to her grandmother who is almost 70 now and she says the child won’t ever live a normal adult life (won’t live alone, work a normal job, etc) and she will need a guardian when grandma passes away. It’s a very sad, tragic story but it’s a more accurate account of what FAS looks like 🤷🏼♀️ This is what happens when you drink alcohol while pregnant and you can’t reverse the damage once it’s been done. I pray that whoever needs to hear this msg finds this comment and heeds it as a warning. Your baby deserves the best of you 👼🏾

The first time I became pregnant and went to a club, the loud music and bass shook my whole body to the point that I had to leave after less than ten minutes. I felt like these vibrations and loud music would disturb my unborn baby. I never went back while I was pregnant. The first trimester is the most crucial time of development as the cells are rapidly dividing. Any external stimuli can negatively affect the baby

FAS infants and Cri-du-chat syndrome infants display very similar facial characteristics. I’m not a doctor, by any means however, by the sound of Chrisean Jr. abnormal high pitched cry, I think it’s cats cry syndrome and not FAS as people suspect by his facial characteristics. All in all, drinking while pregnant is not okay as ethanol (alcohol/liquor) crosses the blood brain barrier of your developing fetus.

Whatever the biological father has done in his life consistently: drugs, steroids,drinking, excessive smoking, malnutrition, etc., can all be passed down to the baby.

Her dad , my brother is in prison , her mom and oldest brother commited suicide . I love her and encourage her , I have even helped her with her kids n needs . She is strong willed , sober , and settles for trash . Our family history horrid .. on all sides of the family . I finally got sober 6 years ago and am thankful for my sanity and that I get to enjoy life and have found my peace .

I’m pregnant and you definitely have to move differently for safety reasons. The club has too many people you can get trampled or get caught up on some mess. I try to avoid large crowds someone can bump your belly or knock you over. And let’s be real when you’re pregnant. You just can’t really defend yourself….

Chrisean and Blue went straight to DNA Diagnostic Center and she was upset that they had to draw blood from her but not from him. They also didn’t show the second blood draw that was taken from her navel to get DNA from Jr. The results were mailed and they opened the results together. Blueface was drunk and was having difficulty seeing that the results read that he was NOT excluded from being the father and that it was determined that he was 99.99% Jr.’s father. Jump about 5 months later and this fool is high on something and drunk trying to take Jr. away from the babysitter screaming that the baby isn’t his, and he was taking him BACK to the DNA center🤦🏽♀️ He KNOWS Jr is his. He is being spiteful and an all around bad father. He does and says shit like this to get under her skin and it works. My mom is a nurse practitioner and that baby most definitely has fetal alcohol syndrome.
As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, 23years experience, we check for fetal alcohol syndrome and we do a drug test on newborns if drug use is suspected or known. Each hospital has different protocols. I do not know her situation obviously, but social services are definitely notified in these cases. Of course some may slip through the cracks if they are not properly notified.
