@@linusfx2366 I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr James and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr James am really grateful

Question, I live in GA but my husband lives in Fl, it's complicated. lol!! Someone said I should get licensed in FL and use the reciprocity to get my GA license. I'm still a little confused on the subject, and was hoping you would have some insight. The way this person made it out to be, made me wonder why not everyone in GA get licensed in FL instead.
