New PR 45.84 from the Florida Relays last weekend in the 400m 🚀 Looking forward to the rest of the 2023 Track & Field Season 🔥 #kingsleytv #aaronbrown #trackandfield
Sub 46... for someone who doesn't run the 400m. Probably the number 1 time in Canada now. Lol. Keep doing your thing brother, you need these type of races to get stronger 💪🏿. This will ultimately improve your 200m and 100m. 👏🏿👊🏾🙏🏿🙏🏿👍🏿
The start is so important in the 400. You can see you reached max velocity at 60-70m but did a fab job maintaining momentum. Arm movement is textbook as is your form
Bro I always thought you would be a sick 400m runner!! It's crazy cause it also feels like yesterday I saw you killing it at OFSAA in London 2010 and you still going strong 💪🏾💪🏾

My advice would be to start out with a strong acceleration but not your fastest then slow down your breathing on the next 100 meters after the first 100 meters, but keep a good long stride and slow down arm movement, then the next 100 meters increase your speed, then the next 100 meters run your fastest don’t let your heel touch the ground and push off the ground as fast as you can!
What a lot of ppl don't know how to do js proper pacing. Most ppl go out way to fast and can't hold on. If you run it right it should feel somewhat easy until the last 100ish meters.
yesterday was my first ever 400 competition. I went 68.9 against people who went 50 XD honestly im content with that since its my schools fastest 400m to date
I also fainted after a minute of trying not to when I finished XD only for like 30 seconds then I woke up when the next heat started walking back into the seats. an experience for me it was
Brother have you ever done 600m repetitions in your 400m training? Please reply as my coach is making me run 600*3 once/twice every week. Would really appreciate your advice. Please reply 🙏🏻
@@repent2jesus433 just go out pretty good for the first 50-60 and what ever ur pace is when u hit that mark is ur race setting pace and u gotta keep it the whole way, and the longer the race goes the harder u have to try to keep it and that’s why the last 100m u gotta pretty much go all out to try and keep ur speed

It’s normal for all out efforts but make sure when you’re training you don’t feel like this too often

So a good burst take off into strong stride, then a 300m kick 😅😮

Run relaxed. Go at a good constant pace

ain’t no way the Goat responded 🤯
He needs to swap to 100 for the 400
Did bro even try?
Bruh I’m still running mine in 1:00😢
Keep working 👍🏾
Maybe the 400m was your event this whole time
Just looks like bro is jogging and not actually running that fast 😂
Step 1: comsistently hit 43 low
Step 2: jog a 45.99
Result: an easy looking 45
That’s one way to do it. Only a few people in history can do that though lol

Just don't dro the pace. The second you lose speed its almost impossible to regain it
👍🏾
I know that only looks easy💀
My height is 5.3 I can achieve 45 seconds?
Anything is possible but it will be more difficultn
Step1: have good genetics
